A property site is not a website with pictures, it is a second shop window onto a portfolio that changes daily. Maintained twice, one of the two is always wrong, and the wrong one is the public one. On top of that, Luxembourg: multilingual is not an extra here, it is the baseline.

The public site is connected to the existing infrastructure rather than replacing it. Listing data comes in through Apimo and is transferred automatically into the Webflow CMS; the overview, the detail pages and the filters are generated from that data. Maintenance stays where the work already happens.

Built in Webflow, with a CMS architecture shaped around the structure of the listing data rather than the other way round. Publishing new and changed listings is automated. Multilingual runs through Weglot, so translated listing pages grow with the portfolio. Everything is implemented responsively — property is searched for on the move, not at a desk.

The website and the property platform are now one address: the company, its services and the current portfolio in one place. The portfolio is dynamically connected to the existing infrastructure, and maintaining listings on the website by hand is largely gone.
