Billovio

Billovio is not a client project, it is our own product. It is live and under continuous development. We build it because we go through the same routine ourselves every week.

Between saying yes and a signed quotation sits work nobody pays for: breaking down the scope, pricing the items, formatting it properly, chasing it up. And it rarely comes up at a desk, but between two appointments.

The entry point is a sentence, not a form. From the project description a structured scope is produced and priced against stored pricing and rate logic. From there it runs in one thread: a branded quotation, a digital approval path, a digital signature, an invoice.

Built for the phone, not merely adapted to it. A quotation is written where it is decided: at the customer, in the car, on site. The path from quotation to invoice is one workflow, not two tools.
