Billovio

Billovio is not a client project. It is our own product, live and under continuous development. We build it because we run into the same administrative routine ourselves every week.

Between agreeing to a job and sending a quotation sits unpaid work: breaking the scope into items, pricing each one, formatting it so it looks like a business rather than a note. It rarely happens at a desk. It happens between appointments, which is exactly where most invoicing tools stop being usable.

The entry point is a sentence, not a form. From a short description of the job, Billovio assembles a structured scope and prices it against the services and rates you have stored. The document carries your own branding, and the same thread continues from quotation to invoice.

Built for the phone rather than adapted to it. A quotation gets written where the decision happens: at the customer, in the car, on site. That accessibility is the point of the product, not a feature of it.

Billovio is live and in active development. We use it ourselves; it has no public customer base to point to yet, and we would rather say that than imply one.
